The terms behind every booking

1. Using MORRTOWN

MORRTOWN lists warehouse storage from verified operators and lets you book and pay for space through the platform. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account and farm information to use it.

2. Bookings and payment

Rent for a warehouse booking is collected through Paystack at the time of booking. Prices, available capacity and rental terms are set by the warehouse operator and displayed before you pay.

3. Verified stores

A “verified” mark means the warehouse passed our listing checks at the time of verification. It is not a guarantee against loss, and any dispute over stored produce is handled through the claims process described in the Trust Centre.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the operator's stated policy for that listing and how much of the rental period has elapsed. Unused time on a cancelled booking is refunded at the operator's discretion unless a claim is upheld in your favour.

5. Community content

Posts, reviews and comments you submit must be your own honest account. We may remove content that is abusive, fraudulent, or unrelated to farming and storage.

6. Liability

MORRTOWN facilitates the connection and payment between you and a warehouse operator. Except where a claim is upheld under our storage protection roadmap, MORRTOWN is not liable for loss, spoilage or damage to produce while it is in an operator's care.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continuing to use MORRTOWN after an update means you accept the revised terms.
